A stain that only appears in driving rain points somewhere completely different than one that shows up during a February thaw. What happens next is the same every time. We come out, get on the roof where it is safe to do so, go into the attic, and photograph the decking, the ventilation, the flashing and anywhere water has been. You get that file whether or not you hire us.

One thing worth saying about timing. Bluemaster Roofing works in  Nassau, western Suffolk and southeast Queens are short runs. The East End is scheduled onto route days so you get a real date instead of a maybe. Active leaks are the exception everywhere and get handled the day you call.
